When my wife, Jean, entered Heaven on March 23, 2009, I wanted to know everything I could learn about Heaven. I suddenly realized I knew next to nothing about Heaven. I tried calling some of my good pastor friends and learned they didn't know any more than I did. Consequently, I began a prolonged, and in-depth, study of the Holy Scriptures and read the works of others.

I was amazed at the abundance of information about Heaven in the Bible, but most of it is veiled in the background of major biblical events and thus easily overlooked. The things I learned brought such comfort to my suffering soul and deepened my faith that I decided to write a book on what I had learned in the prayerful hope it would bring such comfort and joy to others.

My brother Alvin T. Hunter, CPA, died last Friday night, December 12, 2009. Memorial services will be held Monday, December 14, 2:00 PM, at Crossings Community Church located at 14600 N. Portland, Oklahoma City, 73134.
